Seasoned M&A and Finance Executive

Lasse Mäkelä is the Founder and CEO of Larzon Capital, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in investment banking, M&A, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic finance.

As the Founder and CEO of Invesdor, Lasse built one of Europe’s pioneering equity and debt crowdfunding platforms, expanding operations to five countries and establishing a community of over 180,000 investors. He successfully led 170+ fundraising rounds, securing over €500 million in funding for high-growth companies.
As the Chief Strategy & Investor Relations Officer at Multitude Group, a listed fintech bank operating in 25 countries, Lasse lead M&A, strategic initiatives, and shareholder engagement, contributing to a significant increase in market valuation.

Previously, Lasse held senior leadership roles at KONE Corporation, Merrill Lynch, and ICECAPITAL, where he led high-profile M&A transactions and financial strategies across Europe and Asia.

In addition to his corporate experience, he has served as a board member and chairman in fintech and production industries, providing governance expertise and strategic direction. Fluent in English, Finnish, Swedish, and French, Lasse combines an entrepreneurial mindset, deep corporate finance expertise, and digital innovation to drive business growth and create shareholder value.
